Access
to attractions :
As
the boarding procedures vary considerably for each attraction,
we ask you to go to City Hall with members of the group accompanying
you. A Cast Member will then advise you which attractions are
most easily accessible and will provide you with a card containing
a list of these attractions. This card, which is solely for the
use of disabled guests, allows the holder to use the special entrances
provided at these attractions, but does not entitle you to priority
access. If your group is too large to use these entrances but
wishes to visit the attraction together, you will be requested
to wait at the attraction exit gate with a companion. The other
members of the group will then pass through the main entrances
and rejoin you in the boarding area. There may be a short waiting
time at those attractions where the ride must come to a complete
stop before allowing guests in wheelchairs to board.
Attention : attractions requiring a transfer
:
Where a visit to an attraction involves a transfer from one place
or one vehicle to another, you must be able to call upon the assistance

wheelchair.

guided tours in sign language can be arranged upon request one
