Its a world-wide celebration of year 2000 with lots of colours and gigantic floats.The music is great and all the 5 continents are represented. As for the other parades, we strongly advise you to check the times of the parades on the Disneyland official website.

The music which is great has been composed by Jay Smith/Vasile Sirli and the singer is Tania. You can hear it now. The CD "Les parades en Musique" (50 titles) can be purchased at Disneyland.
